All of our products set a very high standard in quality and durability.
We offer a 2 year manufactures warranty for the product to be free of manufacturing faults. Ware and tear items are not covered under the warranty.
In the event of a fault or warranty claim please contact the company you purchased your KW product from who will guide you through the warranty/fault process.
