KW V4 Racing - Triple adjustable racing technology for circuits
The new KW V4 Racing sport coilover kit is a
further development of our GT4 customer sports applications and
therefore the ideal performance tool for track tools and purebred
racecars. In comparison to a KW V3 Clubsport coilover kit, the KW
V4 Racing does not come with a parts certificate. In consequence,
this coilover kit is exclusively made for track day and circuit
uses with motorsport tires. The KW V4 Racing is independently
adjustable in lowspeed and highspeed compression and lowspeed
rebound.
Uncompromisingly designed for
competition
The KW V4 Racing coilover kit is a vehicle-specific
motorsport application and is available in different versions for
numerous vehicles
Many of our motorsport clients decide on a KW V4 Racing when they
plan on taking part in track days with non-road legal vehicles or
when they are not ready to use a homologated customer sport
suspension. In its entire setup, the KW V4 Racing is
vehicle-specifically designed for the Nurburgring Nordschleife as
regards its axle geometry, clearance, damping rate, spring rate,
spring travel, and wheel loads. Directly in our headquarters in
Fichtenberg, we manufacture the KW V4 Racing coilover kit with
MacPherson spring struts made of stainless steel and an inverted
monotube damper cartridge. The piggyback (external reservoir) is
mounted directly at the suspension.
With the KW V4 Racing, it is possible to adjust the characteristic
damper design to the individual needs of the customer. Within 15
clicks in lowspeed compression, 12 clicks in highspeed compression,
and 18 clicks in lowspeed rebound, a variety of individual
possibilities for different racetracks are available.
